Dominant Syrah

VINIFICATION:

This hand-picked vintage results from a meticulous sorting of the grapes of our parcels of Syrah.

The grapes are vinified traditionally after separation of the skins and seeds and 12 day maceration at controlled temperatures.

Only the free run is bottled after 4 months of aging.

CHARACTERISTIC:

Flavorful red wine with a balanced, beautiful length and hints of ripe berries.

BEST WITH:

A pleasant wine to drink during aperitifs but also at the end of the meal, slightly chilled.
