Dominant Syrah
VINIFICATION:
This vintage is resulting from a meticulous sorting of the grapes of our oldest parcels of Syrah, collected by hand in small cage.
It is vinified at controlled temperature and after a 20 days cuvaison with regular « pigeages »
Then struck up out of new barrel (French oak) for a 14 month breeding.
This wine is bottled after a refining out of tank to harmonize all the potential of the barrels.
CHARACTERISTIC:
Intense red wine, complex nose with red small fruits, gingerbread, oriental spices and vanilla.
The mouth is powerful and racée, supported by fine tannins where are expressed the ripe red small fruits, the white pepper, the mild tobacco and toastées notes.
This wine has a high potential of maturation.

You will be able to appreciate this wine on gastronomical meals, the meats with sauces and game.
