VINIFICATION:
The grapes are harvested at peak,
pressed and vinified separately at controlled temperatures before
being blended to form the vintage.
The wine is blended early and
transferred to oak casks and aged for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTIC:
Bold red wine, balanced with expressive
perfumes of blackcurrant, fig and blackberry tannins.
A Powerful and complex Minervois with a
subtle woody palette
BEST WITH:
Hearty stews, Tournedos Rossini and
Lamb.
